SLA, &#8220;sunucum \u00e7\u00f6kerse ne olur, yan\u0131t s\u00fcresi nedir, zarar etti\u011fimde ne tazminat al\u0131r\u0131m?&#8221; sorular\u0131n\u0131n cevaplar\u0131n\u0131 i\u00e7erir. Pazarlama bro\u015f\u00fcrlerindeki &#8220;%99.9 uptime&#8221; ifadesinin ger\u00e7ekten ne anlama geldi\u011fini ancak SLA&#8217;y\u0131 okuyarak anlars\u0131n\u0131z. Bu yaz\u0131da <strong>SLA nedir<\/strong>, hangi bile\u015fenlerden olu\u015fur, neden bu kadar \u00f6nemlidir ve bir hizmet al\u0131rken SLA&#8217;y\u0131 nas\u0131l de\u011ferlendirmeniz gerekti\u011fini ayr\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131 bi\u00e7imde inceleyece\u011fiz.<\/p>\n<h2>SLA Nedir?<\/h2>\n<p>SLA, \u0130ngilizce <em>Service Level Agreement<\/em> ifadesinin k\u0131saltmas\u0131d\u0131r; T\u00fcrk\u00e7e kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 <strong>Hizmet Seviyesi Anla\u015fmas\u0131<\/strong>&#8216;d\u0131r. Bir hizmet sa\u011flay\u0131c\u0131 ile m\u00fc\u015fteri aras\u0131nda imzalanan, hizmetin hangi kalitede sunulaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 say\u0131sal ve \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclebilir bi\u00e7imde tan\u0131mlayan resmi s\u00f6zle\u015fmedir.<\/p>\n<p>SLA yaln\u0131zca &#8220;hizmet sunulacakt\u0131r&#8221; gibi belirsiz bir vaat de\u011fildir; aksine somut metriklerle desteklenir:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hizmetin y\u0131ll\u0131k \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r kalma s\u00fcresi (uptime)<\/li>\n<li>Kesinti durumunda m\u00fcdahale ve \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm s\u00fcreleri<\/li>\n<li>Destek taleplerine yan\u0131t s\u00fcreleri<\/li>\n<li>Taahh\u00fctlerin kar\u015f\u0131lanmamas\u0131 h\u00e2linde uygulanacak yapt\u0131r\u0131mlar (kredi, iade, ceza)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>SLA hem hosting\/bulut\/sunucu hizmetlerinde hem de yaz\u0131l\u0131m geli\u015ftirme, bak\u0131m, \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131 merkezi gibi alanlarda kullan\u0131l\u0131r. Bu yaz\u0131da a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 olarak <strong>hosting ve sunucu hizmetleri<\/strong> a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan inceleyece\u011fiz.<\/p>\n<h2>SLA Neden \u00d6nemlidir?<\/h2>\n<p>SLA&#8217;n\u0131n \u00f6nemi, hizmet al\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n g\u00f6r\u00fcnmeyen taraf\u0131n\u0131 yaz\u0131l\u0131 h\u00e2le getirmesinden gelir. Hizmet Tan\u0131m\u0131 ve Kapsam\u0131<\/h3>\n<p>S\u00f6zle\u015fmenin hangi hizmeti kapsad\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131k olmal\u0131d\u0131r: web hosting mi, VDS mi, e-posta servisi mi, yedekleme mi? Kapsama girmeyen unsurlar (\u00f6rne\u011fin &#8220;\u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc taraf yaz\u0131l\u0131mlar SLA d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndad\u0131r&#8221;) da yaz\u0131l\u0131 belirtilmelidir.<\/p>\n<h3>2. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma S\u00fcresi (Uptime) Garantisi<\/h3>\n<p>SLA&#8217;n\u0131n en bilinen maddesidir. Y\u0131ll\u0131k ya da ayl\u0131k olarak hizmetin minimum hangi oranda \u00e7al\u0131\u015faca\u011f\u0131 belirtilir. \u00d6rne\u011fin &#8220;%99.9 uptime&#8221; gibi.<\/p>\n<h3>3. Yan\u0131t ve \u00c7\u00f6z\u00fcm S\u00fcreleri<\/h3>\n<p>Destek talebine ne kadar s\u00fcrede yan\u0131t verilece\u011fi ve sorunun ne kadar s\u00fcrede \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclece\u011fi ayr\u0131 ayr\u0131 tan\u0131mlan\u0131r. Bak\u0131m Pencereleri<\/h3>\n<p>Planl\u0131 bak\u0131m \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n ne zaman, hangi s\u0131kl\u0131kta ve ne kadar s\u00fcreyle yap\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 yaz\u0131l\u0131r.
