An industry leader since 2004, Radore operates on the -4 floor of MetroCity with Tier 3-standard redundant infrastructure, free cooling technology and 24/7 security.
Redundant Power Infrastructure
Power is delivered through 3 distribution transformers (two main, one backup), fed redundantly from two points on a medium-voltage ring grid. 3 × 1,875 kVA Caterpillar diesel generators with 36 hours of fuel reserve, plus 5 UPS groups in N+1 configuration, guarantee uninterrupted power. Server cabinets are backed by dual A-B busbar lines and dual PDUs.
Free Cooling & Energy Efficiency
The cooling infrastructure uses free cooling technology — taking advantage of low outdoor temperatures, chiller compressors switch off in winter, delivering up to 70% energy savings. With a 1.37 PUE value, efficiency runs above the industry average. The N+1 redundant cooling system provides 5,850,000 BTU of active capacity.
Fire Detection & Suppression
Honeywell air-sampling detectors provide early fire detection; Siemens, 3M Novec 1230 and FM200 gas systems handle automatic suppression. Thanks to non-corrosive gas technology, all electronic equipment stays operational and the risk of data loss is eliminated. All areas are continuously monitored with water and humidity sensors.
Multi-Layer Physical Security
The data center sits on the -4 floor of MetroCity and is monitored 24/7 both digitally and physically. All access is logged; unauthorized entry is fully blocked outside business hours. Power and cooling systems are located on a separate floor accessible only to Radore personnel.
24/7 Network Monitoring (NOC)
The Radore Network Team monitors the backbone infrastructure 24/7 in real time using PRTG. Incoming and outgoing data flow is tracked with Sflow, and server status with Argus. The infrastructure team audits power, cooling and security systems through daily, weekly and monthly procedures.
Fire & Earthquake Precautions
The building is equipped with advanced security, fire detection and smoke-evacuation systems aligned with NFPA (US National Fire Protection Association) standards. Fire systems and the natural-gas cut-off valve activate automatically during earthquakes, mitigating risk; fire department connection points are present at building entrances.
