As Kolan IT, this program is designed to remove the infrastructure barrier for early-stage entrepreneurs, software-developing students, independent project creators and social-impact teams. We aim to open the way for everyone who cannot launch their project due to hosting, server or domain costs.
Under the program, hosting plans, virtual servers (VDS) or domain allocation is provided to accepted projects at zero cost for a defined period; our technical support team is by your side throughout the process for the project's infrastructure needs. Our goal is not just to provide resources but to give a shoulder to everyone who wants to build something.

During the critical period from the idea stage to launch, by taking server and infrastructure needs off the table, we let the creator focus on their actual work; we support quality projects in finding their audience.

Hosting Plan
NVMe SSD-powered hosting plan with LiteSpeed Web Server support. Includes the cPanel management panel, a free SSL certificate and one-click app installation with Softaculous.
VDS Virtual Server
A virtual server allocated when the project requires it. Linux or Windows options, root/administrator access and the low-ping advantage of the Turkey location are provided.
Free Domain
A domain name suitable for your project (in selected extensions such as .com, .net, .com.tr, etc.) is allocated under the program. Domain management belongs to you.
DDoS & Basic Security
Upstream backbone-level DDoS filtering, attack detection and basic security monitoring are a standard part of the program infrastructure. The project stays online safely.
Technical Advisory
You receive technical advisory support on topics such as server setup, domain pointing, SSL, backup and performance optimization under the program.
Up to 12 Months
Support under the program is allocated for 6 to 12 months, depending on the scope of the project. At the end of the term, an extension option may be offered after re-evaluation.

Our team reviews your application in terms of technical fit and the business idea. The originality of the project, its potential for development and individual capability are considered first.
Selection & Interview
We may ask additional questions or request a short interview for applications that pass the initial review. The result is communicated within 10 business days from the application date.
Support Process
Infrastructure is allocated to accepted projects and access information is shared. Technical support remains open throughout the term; projects are reviewed periodically.

Whether the idea offers a unique perspective, how it differs from existing alternatives and the creativity of the approach presented is our top criterion.
Solving a Real Problem
Whether the project addresses an identifiable need or problem and whether the proposed solution is clear, understandable and applicable carries significant weight.
Maturability & Scalability
The project's potential to grow beyond its starting point and its capacity to be enriched with new features over time and to scale is evaluated.
Individual & Technical Capability
The applicant's or team's technical capability to advance the project, their willingness to learn and their determination to sustain the process is an important evaluation factor.
Motivation & Continuity
The motivation behind the project, the transparency of communication and the commitment of the applicant to dedicate time to the process; we look for sustainable, not short-term, progress.
Social Benefit & Public Good
The value the project adds to the user, society or a specific ecosystem; education, access, awareness or open-source contribution carries extra points.
Kolan IT reserves the right to be selective when evaluating applications. Submitting an application does not mean a commitment of support. Decisions are made by our team based on the application as a whole, and the choice to share reasoning is ours.
Terms and Conditions of Use
Rules defined for the program to operate smoothly and resources to be used efficiently. You are considered to have accepted these conditions at the application stage.
Commercial Use Limit
Infrastructure under the program cannot be used in enterprise projects focused on direct commercial revenue. Uses such as e-commerce, high-traffic ad publishing and direct customer sales are directed to business plans.
Abuse & Illegal Use Prohibition
Spam, phishing, malware distribution, copyright infringement, cyberattack infrastructure, adult/unethical content and any use that violates the laws of the Republic of Turkey are strictly prohibited; the service is terminated without notice if detected.
Resource Limits
CPU, RAM, disk, traffic and concurrent connection limits of the allocated plan are determined during the application process. If resources are exceeded, the plan size may be revised or the program terms may be re-evaluated.
Billing After the Term Ends
When the support term ends, the project continues with one of these options: re-evaluation, transition to a paid plan or service termination. The decision belongs unilaterally to Kolan IT.
Our Right to Re-evaluate & Terminate
If the project progresses inconsistently with the information provided in the application, abuse is detected or it has been inactive for a long time, Kolan IT reserves the unilateral right to suspend or terminate the program.
Agreement & Legal Compliance
All use is carried out under the Kolan IT Terms of Use, KVKK Notice and Abuse Policy. The applicant is deemed to have read and accepted these texts.

Your Infrastructure Is Ready
Hosting, VDS and domain allocation is completed; access information and a brief starter guide are shared. You can now start launching and developing your project.
Support Process
Your project is kept active throughout the program; you reach our team for technical questions. The progress of the project is followed periodically and resources may be revised as needed.
Transition Option to Advantageous Plans
At the end of the program, your project is evaluated; successful projects are offered a special discounted plan transition. Your infrastructure cost stays under control during the growth phase, and you continue without interruption.

No, the application is completely free and requires no upfront payment. The infrastructure allocated to accepted projects is also provided free of charge throughout the program. If your application is accepted, no additional "registration", "activation" or "processing" fees are requested.
Yes. You can reapply after developing your project, clarifying its scope or completing the points we noted as missing. For a reapplication on the same project, we recommend taking into account the feedback we shared in the previous evaluation.
Applications are typically evaluated within 5 to 10 business days and the result is communicated by email. Depending on the load, additional time may be needed in some cases; if the process is extended, we will definitely inform you.
The support term is typically allocated between 6 and 12 months, depending on the scope and needs of the project. At the end of the term, the project is re-evaluated; for suitable projects, term extension or transition to a paid plan options may be offered.
The program primarily targets early-stage projects that have not yet settled into a revenue model. Projects directly focused on commercial sales/e-commerce or enterprise projects that generate regular revenue are outside the scope of the program and are directed to business plans. For blogs, communities or content sites with limited ad revenue, the situation is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Both types of applications are accepted. In team applications, we expect a single applicant to be designated as the communication and responsibility point, and the people involved in the project to be briefly introduced. Team size alone is not decisive in evaluation.
Yes. Live projects that are struggling due to infrastructure costs can also be considered under the program. In this case, migration support from your existing infrastructure to the Kolan infrastructure may also be provided; you only need to indicate your current situation in the application form.
The CPU, RAM, disk, monthly traffic and concurrent connection limits of the allocated plan are determined specifically for you after your application is accepted and are shared in writing. If resources are continuously exceeded, the plan size is revised or the program terms are re-evaluated.
You are contacted before the end of the term and three options are offered: (1) term extension after re-evaluation, (2) transition to a standard-priced Kolan plan, (3) termination of the service. Reasonable time is provided for migration and data backup; you don't lose your project's data.
Spam, phishing, malware distribution, platforms containing copyright infringement, cyberattack infrastructure, adult/unethical content and any use that violates the laws of the Republic of Turkey is absolutely not accepted. If detected, the service is terminated without notice and legal processes are initiated.
There is no mandatory advertising requirement for projects receiving support under the program. However, we kindly ask that you include a "Supported by Kolan IT" badge/link on the public pages of your project. This contributes to both transparency and the growth of the program.
