You can log in to cPanel in two ways: single-click from your client area or directly via the server URL. The recommended method is the client area — you don't need to enter your password each time.
1. Single-Click Login from Client Area
- Go to musteri.kolan.net.tr and sign in to your account.
- From the top menu, navigate to Services → Active Services.
- Click the Active button next to your hosting package.
- On the opened product page, select Login to cPanel from the left menu.
Info: Single-click login works over a secure session token; your password never
appears in the browser or URL.
2. Direct Login via cPanel URL
If you cannot access the client area, you can log in to cPanel directly at:
https://yourserver.kolan.net.tr:2083The server name is in your setup email. If you don't know it, you can request it via iletisim@kolan.net.tr.
3. If You Forgot Your Password
Your cPanel password is reset through the client area:
- On the service page, click the Change Password button.
- Your new password must be at least 10 characters and contain uppercase, lowercase and numbers.
- The change takes effect immediately; existing sessions with the old password are terminated.
Security note: Never share your cPanel password. Our technical support team never
asks for your password; we use our own authorization interface when needed.
